I am the executive director of a state of the art multidisciplinary treatment facility in West Los Angeles, Center for the Developing Mind. At the Center we treat children and adolescents and their families impacted by developmental delays and regulatory disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, Asperger Syndrome, ADHD , Selecitve Mutism and Bi-polar disorder.

I have the best job int he world. I get to play with kids and toys everyday and make sure that I create 'a great date' where kids feel emotionally validated and consequently then allow me to do the hard work necessary to maximize their overall developmental potential.
