My Golden Nugget Advice
Be clear in your expectations of your child with clearly communicated consequences for both appropriate and inappropriate behavior. Be a positive role model of the behavior you want your child to demonstrate. Be proactive not reactive when it comes to problem solving. Appreciate individual differences that each of your children present. Remember children learn through play, so have a playful creative approach. Think of mistakes as learning experiences for both you and your child. Be flexible
