Depending on your community, maybe you find help at church. Maybe you find it by a trusted elder in your community. Maybe there is somebody that you admire that you go and talk to about abusive relationships with. Also, being able to contact Love is Respect, we can put your in contact with a local domestic abuse center that can also offer you counseling support. Mostly, people go where they feel comfortable. It's finding someone that you know that you can trust and feel comfortable talking about your relationship with.
