To be honest with you, there is actually no medical contraindication to traveling while pregnant.
However, most airlines won't let you fly on a plane after 36 weeks. Again, this is not for a medical reason, but if you go into labor or break your water on the plane, they are obligated to land. At 36 weeks, you are more likely to having these things happen. If you charter your own plane, you can fly anytime you want. However, you doctor might not want for you to be so far away when you are so close to delivery.
