I'm done with babies, but I just have to say how much I loved cloth diapering. I only did it wiht my second and we started because she had an reaction the disposables, but I ended up loving it. I would absolutely do it all over again.
I'm done with diapers too, but I always used disposables. I'm done with diapers, but I always used disposables. In comparing the costs of a service and diapers with coupons they were about equal. When I was younger and babysitting I had some bad experiences with cloth so that was a big part in my decision.
I always used disposables, frankly we don't live where there are diaper services and I have enough laundry to add diapers! I cannot even imagine how that would be and I am sorry but...gross. I applaud those that can do it, great for them ! Not the choice for me. LOL
I'm done with babies, but all my kiddos did cloth diapers for the first 6 months (except at night, we used disposable). It requires a commitment, but there are so many great diaper covers that it makes it just as convenient as disposable. It adds a load of laundry a day (or two depending on how many diapers you have).
I really wanted to do cloth, but my husband was admant about it the other way. Since I knew I'd need some help with laundry and folding I conceded. If you buy the right brands you can save some money if you use over several kids.

I am also done with babies but as a working mom I used disposable for the convenience. I always wished I had been able to use cloth though!

Yes, I don't care how environmentally selfish it is, I would have never used cloth diapers. I had enough messes to clean up!
