I have a 10 yr old and 8 yr old daughters. They are both wonderful kids in the grand scheme of things. However, my daughter turned 10 yrs old in March, and we have been struggling with behavior since her birthday. She has been a hot mess, tantruming, raging, feeling persecuted, irrational, defiant & generally terrorizing us. She is an anxious kid, an introvert, and has many wonderful qualities. I am not sure how to deal with this behavior, not sure if we need to seek professional help? Hoping it's a phase? It's just been an intense time and it is bringing our family down. I have talked to friends about it but it's hard to get honest feedback-feeling alone and like our kid is the only holy terror! Any help/advice is appreciated!
