If you want to correct behavior in one child, but the other child doesn't exhibit that behavior; you can go ahead and use a sticker chart or an economy that would actually be for both even though it's for the same behavior.
It might help, the child with the behavior to compete to try and get rid of that behavior. Also, it is fair to reward the other child, so it is fair to apply the token economy to both at the same time.
