Traveling with babies
Posted June 13, 2017 - 6:10am
Hi,
Do you also have this problem?
My baby is not the 'crying type' at home. He is quite calm and seem to behave quite OK when we are in a familiar environment.
But when we are taking a flight (even if it is a short one, say 2-3 hours), she is crying a lot, and cannot fall asleep.
I feel embarrassed and fear that it is disturbing for the people around us.
Any tips on dealing with it, especially with somehow making them more quiet?
Thanks!

I used to hate flying when i was a kid. I would always get sick and my ears hurt. Try lollipops and also chewing gum can help. I think chewing, frequent swallowing and yawning unblocks ears

I had such an experience, and many said that travelling with a small child is not the best idea. I agree with them. We tried earplugs, but it's hard to find them for a small child. On the plane was recommended to us headphones, the child calmed down.
