When it comes to losing weight you've got eating and you've got exercise. What's more important which I focus on. Well, the truth of the matter is 85% of weight loss is all what you put into your mouth. So, it really is all about the food. And the reason for that is if you exercise fantastic, you got to exercise to lose weight too but if you exercise you can put all the calories back into your mouth. So at the end of the day, what you really need to do is change what you are eating because you don't want to starve yourself either. You want to be able to eat the same amount of food. You just want it to be a better food that fuels your body and makes you feel satiated and happy and gives you energy. You don't want to it food that brings you down and puts a lot of calories and full of things that are going to make your blood sugar spike. So at the end of the day, if you really need to focus on one or the other, focus on the food.
