Transcription:
Many parents wonder why their baby wakes 30 minutes after bed time, and usually it's because their child was put down too sleeping. And so they have that first little change in the sleep cycle, and they wake up and they say, what happened? How did I get in here? Last thing I remember mommy was holding me or daddy was holding me and I need you to get back in here and hold me back to sleep. So usually that's always a sign for me that the parent needs to go back and redo bedtime, maybe the next night, and make sure it's early enough and put the child into their bed more awake and then proceed with whatever sleep coaching method they have decided to use.
