It may sound obvious, but there are really only two reasons for a child of four years old or older, to still be bedwetting; the physical and the emotional.
The first thing you need to do is to take your kid to see a physician and have them checked out to see if there is anything physiologically wrong with them that is making this happen.
If it's emotional, there are a number of reasons this could be happening. It could be an expression of anger. It could be the expression of they want to be a little baby again. It could be almost any number of things.
If you try some training methods, which your doctor can teach you, and those don't work; I really suggest you take the kid to see a child therapist, who will find a way for the child to express their feelings in a better way, which will enable everybody to move on from this problem.
