How do I teach my kids how to share? Well this is actually something I am are going through right now with our 3-year-old. You know what I have been doing is a lot of repetitive and positive reinforcement. We started by showing how me and my partner can share certain things and I that i have kind a transfer for the idea to her. She is constantly just kind of like toddlers rules of possession. She is constantly stealing everything from her little brother which is an opportunity for me to kind a step in and explain to her that everyone gets a turn. The object is not going anywhere. It is staying right there. I think that the positive reinforcement in getting down to there level and trying to help them through there frustration with watching someone else play or use the object is really important.
