The first thing you want to do to protect your child is you may need to pull the child from the childcare program to protect your child. You can also contact your local licensing agency. You can contact them, and you can let them know that you feel and they will go out and investigate. Here in the state of California, you can contact community licensing and within ten days, they will investigate. You can even do it anonymously and they will go out an investigate and see what's happening.
