So for me there's tons of different ways to organize children's toys. But my go-to is cubbies. They translate into any space. And you can fill them with handled bins. And this is where you can bring the kids in and label the bins. And it just really makes putting away toys and grabbing them really easy.
It's funny. I recently asked my mom. How did you keep things organized? How did you keep us together? She was a working mom and had two children and she said, this is the amount of storage space we had. Those were the amount of toys you guys had. I wouldn't allow it to get over that amount of space. So I just thought it was really interesting and a great organizing principle that we had never talked about. But it was fun to hear after all these years, especially because of the line of work that I'm in.
