Are there certain tips that would be helpful for morning sickness during pregnancy. Of course, so many women go through that. And a couple of things that would be important for them. Number one, it's important to try and still eat on a regular basis, because you don't want to have an empty stomach with all that acid being secreted. So it's important to try to eat something.
Try to balance the meal so you have a balance of protein, carbohydrates when you're eating. That helps a lot too. Something that also helps is ginger. Ginger has been known to help with upset stomach and nausea. So maybe putting a little ginger in your tea, fresh ginger or boiling tea with ginger. Adding a little peppermint to water. Those kinds of things help with morning sickness. And a lot of my clients find that they've been useful.
