Red raspberry is a classic. It has been used by pregnant women for centuries. It is a eserine tonic, to help in preparation for childbirth. It is also helps to prevent miscarriage and to ease morning sickness.
Nettle leaves is a great, nourishing herb. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, including A, C, K, and the minerals, Calcium, phosphorus, iron, and sulfur. It has been used to relieve leg cramps and to ease hemorrhoids.
Dandelion is another great herb. It contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. It helps promote fluid balance and relieve swelling.
Chamomile is great for relaxation. It can be used with ginger root to ease morning sickness.
