Transcription:
I always suggest a couple, a woman, to really work on a pregnancy in a more natural method before they jump into a technology assisted type of fertility treatments.
The reason being is that your body has a certain amount of body wisdom. Your body is smart, it is not dumb, but it needs help. A lot of times, it needs help. All it needs is to get the hormones in balance a little bit, get the cycle in balance a little bit, to get the ovulation a little bit stronger, to get the blood flow a little bit stronger, and get their body health a little bit better.
Those are the kind of things that not a lot of drugs will work well with. This is where an operational procedure will not work well. This is where nutrition comes in. This is where exercise can work well. This is where taking some Chinese herbs, acupuncture, massage, guided imagery, and medication can all help in this situation.
Unless the woman is much, much older, over the age of 40, it is very important to do it on the more natural processes in the very beginning.
