IQ test assesses cognitive functions, to see inside the mind so you know what you are thinking, what you are feeling, and what you are remembering. It also allows you to see inside the mind of someone else, to really be empathic for their feelings, thoughts, and memories; what something means to another person. When you teach skills of mind sight, which are very teachable for parents to take step by step ways of communicating with their children so that they can learn mind sight skills. What children can do is begin to integrate their lives to connect with people in a deeper kind of way. Actually, integrate their own brains. Mind sight is the ability to be able to see inside ourselves and into others, but also to integrate our lives to create more well-being, kindness, and compassion.
