I haven't got any complaints about nanny and I trust her But I am not feeling well about it. I worry about my daughter and I am unable to work properly. I think about my child during the work hours and it gives additional tension and pressure. My colleague advised me to keep a monitoring security system at home that I can monitor her during the work hours and do the work properly. I think it is a better option. But I am not sure whether the nanny will work under a monitoring camera. I am thinking to keep a camera secretly. Would it be inappropriate? How shall I tell her that I need to keep a camera? She will feel that I don't have trust on her.
