It's so important to teach your child to be his own best, because what better place to start looking for happiness then within. With that foundation he doesn't have to feel he has to fit in all the time. He felt he would take care of himself and be happy in the world. I am thinking of a little girl who is six years old first grade with the, cutest little girl but she felt so rejected from her friends because she felt they didn't want to eat lunch with her and she was devastated, she wanted to kill herself, and that's how desperate she was feeling, but what she did was she went inside, she calmed herself, she asked for a helper and a wizard appeared. She called it the crystal wizard and who gave her three gifts and one was a heart wizard to love herself no matter what, one was a star crystal to have a feel like a star no matter what and one was a crystal for everything else she needed and she was very resourceful, and that gave her the confidence the next day to go to school like the friends liked her, and you know what there was no problem. They lunched together she went on. For an older, boy I am thinking of he would be about 11 years old and he was so sensitive and he didn't think he deserved anything good, so he went to the hall of knowledge where he received a book called how to be your own best friend and the first chapter in it was believe in yourself.
