If you want to co-sleep with your baby, a lot of parents are afraid that this is going to ruin their sex life, that they basically are not going to be intimate anymore because they have a little child sleeping usually right in the middle of them. But actually co-sleeping with your child forces you to be more creative about getting intimate. Of course the family bed is now going to be the family bed so this is no longer going to be the place for you. So it almost takes you back to your early relationship days of being creative, going to the living room, going on the carpet, going to the kitchen, bathroom, wherever you need. And it actually is a lot of fun. You would be surprised at how creative you can be when you have got a little one in your bed and you have got to get out of the room to take of that special time together.

Keep the spark between you and your partner alive while still maintaining a healthy co-sleeping environment. Marni Ayers, eco mom, gives you some helpful tips to keep intimacy in your relationship.
