Transcription:
It’s very easy to feel overwhelmed and it does get easier. And I think at every stage of a child’s life, it’s very overwhelming – whether it’s a child who is not taking to the breast, or it’s a child who’s getting some new teeth. Whatever it is, it just can be so massive of a situation.
And I think that the most important thing is to find other moms who are like you – go find those groups, whether it’d be in yoga, whether it be a music group, or a mommy and me. Just go find other moms that could identify with your problems and can give you solutions on how to make your situation better, whether it’s latching on a different way, holding the child differently, or someone might have a great idea on helping your child through teething. Everything is easier. There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel. Always.
