I ended up exclusively pumping because my son wouldn't latch. My lactation consultant advised me to pump every one to two hours to get my supply up. Once I got my supply up, I would pump every two to three hours and give him the bottle. I was either feeding or pumping 24 hours a day; which was very exhausting. It was something that I was really passionate about. I felt very strongly that I wanted him to breastfeed or get breast milk. I felt like that was the only way I could do it, so I kept going.
