A nap nanny is something that everyone is using as their go-to napping system for their babies. It is on an incline like a carseat. While a lot of moms like with kids my age, they used the carseat as where they ended up sleeping. It's on an incline, so after they eat sometimes, it's better for their digestion. So it's on an incline, but it's cushioned. It's almost like a combination of a changing pad and a carseat and a bassinet. It has a buckle and you can literally sit it on any surface and the babies can nap there, like in the carseat. You can move it upstairs or downstairs. It's just more comfortable than sleeping in a carseat all day.
