For the last type of carrier, I’m going to talk about is a woven wrap. It’s a lot like the stretchy wrap in that you can do the same carrier positions with it. But instead of pre-tying it, you’re going to tie baby on to you. There’s no stretch to this woven material at all, so once you get baby nice and secure in it, it doesn’t mover and you can carry baby for hours. So I’m doing the same setup as I did with the stretchy wrap, making that X on my back. And now same thing, I’m just going to get this area ready for baby. Baby up in burp position, lower baby into the carrier, hold on to baby until everything is secure. Okay, at about this point figure out which one is the bottom, this one, I’m going to pull each and every part of the fabric. It does take a little bit longer to put this one on, but it is worth it. I got that one tight, and then again, each and every inch of the fabric. Okay, at this point I can kind of spread it across baby and give it a nice tie behind my back. Again, very comfortable, baby can sleep and I can get some work done.
