Defining healthy living as a mom is kind of complicated cause you get bombarded by so many healthy messages from brands. And most of the time if you are hearing it from the TV, it is not really healthy. It is something that they are marketing to you. So I wouldn't call it help. There is 2 parts to health, there's what you meant to eat and how's your bodies meant to be use and how it is meant to move. What you are meant to eat is going to source of food, so the least amount of package, processed food that you can possibly buy is healthy food. So, making it on your own from perfect ingredients like actually purchasing the celery, for the vegetable soup and putting it all together on your own, instead of relying on a can that give you 400-500 milligrams of sodium. So one other thing is, if you can bake your own bread, bake your own bread. if you can get chicken in your backyard, get chickens in your backyard just as much as you can try to get to the source of food. The second part is what your body is meant to do, movement. Your body is meant to move, do all kind of things your body can do, some amazing things. Put it through a lot and it keeps on coming back for more. But your body is meant to move, and we are not meant to be sedentary behind the computer, we are meant to be walking around, running, jog, just back carrying our kids. So that's what you need to do, you have to be more active. So really healthy living as a mom is about eating from the source and moving the way we were supposed to move.
