The most effective way to treat lice is to comb a wet head with the metal lice comb. People go out and buy shampoos, but they just don’t work anymore. The lice are immune to those shampoos. So in order to really get rid of lice, you need to loosen the glue on the eggs with something like conditioner or oil and then you need to comb very, very thoroughly with a metal lice comb.
