I like to make my own toothpaste at home, especially because too much fluoride is not good for us. And it's already in the water supply. And there's a lot of articles that link certain diseases with too much fluoride. So I like to make our own toothpaste at home. And how you do that is you take 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 3 tablespoons of baking soda, and then you can put 20 drops of some sort of essential oil like cinnamon or spearmint, two tablespoons of glycerin, and then you can add some sort of sweetener if you like. Zyletol is actually good for the teeth. And you mix this up and it becomes a paste. And it's wonderful because coconut oil is actually a natural anti-bacterial form, it's just wondrous. It's just amazing what coconut oil can do. There's also something that I like to do in the morning called pulling, which is before you have anything in your system, put a few tablespoons of coconut oil in your mouth, and just let it sit there for about 10 minutes, and then spit it out. And it actually pulls out all the toxins and bacteria in your body that have accumulated overnight. So there are a lot of natural ways to take care of your oral hygiene.
