I think we all suffer with - I think all of us have more things to do than seem to fit into a single day. So this is just universal problem, it seems like. I think it's really important to recognize that you don't change your life in a day and you don't even change your life in a week or in a month. But that through small changes. Little tiny changes that you can make. One or two a week. You can really make a dent in that over busy feeling that so many families struggle with. I know for me cooking is one example. When I was writing my book. I really didn't have the kind of time to go through rest of the books and figure out meal plans, shopping and all that stuff that I usually did. But I still want to get a healthy meal on the table. Clearly, that's a value of mine but I was able to just really simplify that meal plan sort of lower my expectations around what makes a healthy meal. Get my family on board with the idea that I don't have the kind of time I used and you guys need to help me out. So what we did was we just came up with a really standard meal plan like chicken on Monday and soup on Tuesday and pasta on Wednesday. And what it liked in variety and creativity. You know, it was healthy, it was hot and it was filling and I think there was an added benefit and that my family got to get on board with actually helping me with something that I really cared about.
