My name is Finn Jones. I am a travel writer; I have traveled the world on behalf of National Geographic traveler, The New York Times, Forbes magazine and various other publications. I have five kids, and I am married to another nomad, so I have managed to drag quite a few of them along on my adventures and perhaps they have taken me some of their own adventures. I find that family travel is incredible way of seeing the world and of having doors opened to everywhere. My hobbies are books- I am a big book collector; I am a bibliophile. I love soccer and mountaineering. All three lend themselves very well to travel.
