My Golden Nugget Advice
'Out-source' the stress. As a single adoptive Dad, getting ready for school and getting homework completed was causing too much stress with my son and I. By getting a morning sitter to get my son to school and also a 'homework supervisor', much of the stress had been 'outsourced'; greatly increasing our quality of life.
