Some of the less obvious places children could be victimized online could be family friendly websites. And those family friendly websites sometimes spend a great deal of effort and energy trying to protect themselves from that kind of exploitation. The simple fact of the matter is that the child sex offender is highly motivated, sometimes has a great deal of time, and is persistent. He might be able to exploit even what would appear to be a very safe website. Another unobvious site on the website where children are victims of child sex offenders are video game systems. Video game systems are set up where they accommodate not only the playing of the game, but it's accompanied by voice. So the children will have a microphone on and they can talk to other people who are playing the game. Child sex offenders have found that they can play the game, and they're very good at the game, and they can gain credibility and then exploit the children sexually from their conversations just while they're playing the video game.
