Transcription:
If a child has no friends or 'likes' on their online post, there are several things you should consider; the first thing you should consider is, "Is this really bothering my child?" "Is it something that's bothering me? Or is it something that's bothering my child?" If it really seems like it's something that's bothering your child, then the next thing you should do is look at their offline life. Do they have friends? Are they socially competent? Are they happy in general? The third thing to do is, if this behavior seems related to online, then you really need to examine their online behavior and see if there's something they're doing that they may not be aware of. One thing that they may be doing is posting only about themselves, so kids think, "Oh, they're bragging," so one of the things you can do is look at what they're actually posting. Another thing you can encourage them to do is to actually engage with other kids on their community. They can go and comment on someone else's post, they can do a 'like,' they can be positive and engage with other people, just the way they would offline, so that they can now sort of engage online in the same way.
