I think values start early on in life.
Before you have children, I think it's important to sit down with your partner and identify what your values are. What are your values? What do you want to instill in your children?
Everybody has different values, from your neighbor to your best friends family, to a family on the other side of the country. You just talk to your kids and make sure that you and your partner are of the same thinking. That you constantly communicate this to your children.
You also want to make sure -- Our kids watch us all day long. You've got to make sure that you are upholding those values that you want to instill in them. That you are living by those same values. That's really important, too.
