Transcription:
If your child puts too much pressure on themselves in a sport, it's critical to put things into perspective. Where are they? Are they in grammar school? What is their objective, to win that game? Is it to make the high school team, the collegiate team?
Put it in perspective, where they are, in their life, today. Try as hard as you can, do the best that you can, respect everybody on the field of play. If you win, great. You can't go crazy or drive yourself crazy if you don't win every single time. If you can take that out on yourself by working harder and playing better the next time, that's okay. Don't let your world cave in if you don't do as well as you can do every single time. Just try and do better each time.
