How many legs do I have? I don't actually know the answer to that. I've had lots of legs. I get about maybe one every year; and when I was younger, I was getting one like twice every year. I got my first leg at 11 months old and I'm 9 now and I would get like, "Oh, a leg!" when I was that little. You grow half an inch, you get another leg. You grow an inch, you get another leg. Now, the mechanics are getting better and they can raise my leg and make it taller to how tall I am, but I blow out legs really fast. I've broken like four or five legs and my prosthetist is like, "How do you do that? How do you break it?" I guess being active helps me break it more and we keep having to replace the thread on my running leg. I get lots of legs. I have like more than I can count.

Ezra Frech
Amputee
Nine-year-old Ezra was born with a shorter left leg and only one finger on his left hand. When he was only two and a half years old, Ezra underwent extensive surgery to amputate his foot on the shorter leg and use one of his toes to create a second finger on his left hand. Now, Ezra uses a prosthetic leg to not just walk around, but to compete in sports including basketball, football, karate, and track and field.
