Well, I could tell you about the time where I did not deal so gracefully with a situation where a parent was jealous of my daughter's success, but I'll spare you. I would say you just have to be cordial. The biggest thing is to let the parents know we're not there to compete against one another. The competition is not against--parent to parent, it's a competition that the kids are participating in and it's our job to make it fun for them. I think if kids can enjoy the competition they're going to have much better results. And so, I would say if you are experiencing, I say, "adult bullying," address the situation very respectfully, very calmly, and then after you've drawn your boundaries trust that the other parents will respect the boundaries that you've set.
