The question of orgasm does come up in the office. It's not always easier during pregnancy, sometimes it's more difficult. An orgasm is not just a physical thing, it's an emotional thing as well. Some women, when they are pregnant, remove themselves from the sex aspect of things. Other women go with it with open arms and are able to achieve orgasm easily. I think it is individual and independent.
