Ryan Jordan is the founder and CEO of Educated Nannies in Los Angeles. Ryan has over twenty years of experience working with children and families as a teacher, nanny, and tutor. She earned a multiple-subject teaching credential and Master of Arts in Education from Pepperdine University. In addition to teaching, Ryan spent more than six years as a full-time professional nanny for high-profile families in LA. Known for her positive attitude and Midwest work ethic, Ryan has been entrusted by hundreds of families to help them find outstanding childcare.

Since opening, Educated Nannies earned the Red Tricycle Award for Most Helpful Agency in Los Angeles twice, and Agency of the Year in 2015.  Ryan was also featured in the Huffington Post for young entrepreneurs who inspire others, and she was nominated for the LA Business Journal’s Women Making a Difference Award Rising Star Award.

In addition to guiding families in finding their special nanny, Ryan also conducts home visits and teaches parents about baby care.  She is the proud mother to a 2.5 year old son and 5 month old daughter who fill her days with laughter, an abundance of love, and working mom challenges. Ryan’s passion for helping others and her ability to work with parents’ goals, understand a child’s needs, and offer suggestions based on her own experiences, has made her a valuable asset to many families and nannies.
