I feel that the benefits of working part time while my children are in elementary school are that I can be an integral part of their lives. As a part time worker outside of the home, I can invest time with them at their school. I can volunteer with the PTA. I can help in their classroom. I get to know all the personalities that they are dealing with on a daily basis, so that when I ask them about their school day, I am not going to just ask well, how was school today. I don´t know. Instead, I can ask did you get to play with such and such boy today or did that problem get resolved with the other child you were with yesterday. I have so much more wealth of information to talk to them with and connect to them with so that they know I am invested in their whole lives, not just in the home but at school as well.

She strives to achieve a healthy lifestyle for her family by balancing health, fun, learning, and green choices. She enriches her  family time by playing all kinds of card, board, word, and strategy games. She also likes to spread the fun by sharing the family's love of games with friends and extended family.
