It is really a tough adjustment from being a professional women to being a mother. And one of the things that is so hard is that your day is so unstructured, nobody is telling you where to go or do something in a certain time. So, one of the things that I did, was not exactly make it a job, but put out some tasks for myself like I give baby a bath on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Or I have to get out of the house by 10 am. And I sort of made it my job, in the sense that I gave myself a whole bunch of goals that I wanted to achieve. So, my recommendation for people who are struggling with the lack of structure is to just to enforce some artificial structure for your self. It might be more fun for you, or it just might be a way to survive.
