It is great if you are using a jogging stroller to go on walks with your child. However, if you want to start jogging, it is best to way until that baby is six months old even if they are in a car seat adapted provided with the stroller that you own. It is very dangerous for the child to be in that shaken environment when you are jogging no matter how smooth the road is that you are going to be jogging on. It is very similar to shaking your baby and resulting in shaken baby syndrome in terms of how solidified the baby´s brain is inside their head. So definitely wait until that baby is six months old until you start jogging.
