If you have to put your very young child in a daycare, there are some challenges. What's the best way to navigate them?
One of the things you are looking for when you are looking for infant care is during those first two years, having a primary caregiver for your child, is going to be what's best for your child. You want to look for a childcare program, home, nanny, friend, or neighbor, that was going to have a primary caregiver.
Primary caregiver means that there is going to be one person taking care of that baby every day. You, as a parent, know your baby's cues and what's happening with them throughout the day. You know the hunger cry from the tired cry. You want your caregiver to know those. That can't happen if there are three or four people the child sees throughout the day.
First thing you want to do is find a primary caregiver for your infant throughout the day.
