Transcription:
Mastitis is a breast infection, and you would like to avoid it because moms tend to get really sick.
It's caused by one of two ways. Either the mom has a plugged duct up in her breast and, for a variety of reasons, the milk was not flowing properly. Or the mom has breaks in her skin on her nipple and the infection has gotten in that way. The mom then tends to have a painful, red, hot breast. Then she tends to spike a fever, and can get pretty sick.
