If you want to find out what a molester really looks like, don't look at their face. Don't expect obvious signs in a molester or a child predator. What we are really looking for are clues and cues in their behavior. The red flags can be very subtle. Things like, someone who is working really hard to gain one-on-one time with your child that excludes you. Somebody who is spending more time with your kid than you are. Somebody who is always offering to help out, offers of free babysitting, transportation, outings with your child. Somebody who is always lavishing your child with a lot of attention and gifts. If you child comes home and says, "The soccer coach gave me a brand new iPod or a brand new necklace." Pay attention to that person, that's a red flag. Somebody who looks too good to be true. Somebody who is always offering to take your child off of your hands. These are red flags and warning signs that somebody may be trying a little too hard to gain access to your child.
