So going to the grocery store should be a lot simpler than it is these days, but there's so much information out there as far as what you should buy, shouldn't buy, should feed your family, should avoid. And I think being armed with as much information as possible going in is usually the safest best. So if you have an idea that you want to feed your family organic, then only feed your family food with the organic seal on products. But even though if something is organic, that doesn't mean that it won't have pesticides, that it won't have chemicals inside of it. It doesn't ensure that it won't be genetically modified. So if that's important to you as it is to me, then you have to look for that on the seal as well and reading those labels. If you're shopping int he market with your children, that's a whole other minefield, because there are going to be products on the shelf that are just screaming to them "buy me - buy me," because they have cute cartoon characters or whatever it is. I think it's so important to teach children and enroll them in your philosophy so they know why you're making choices on their behalf, why you're choosing for them not to have pesticides and chemicals in their foods and they can make those same choices for themselves.
