I think as far as getting children to eat healthy and eat fruits and vegetables, the one absolutely most important thing is to walk the walk. You can't sit there eating a bag of chips and tell your kids, "eat your veggies." So I think that if it's part of the culture of the household and if you're eating that way and everybody's eating that way, it becomes normalcy. And less integrating fruits and vegetables into what they eat rather than making that a part of what they're already eating. It doesn't need to be added in. I like to have a lot of fresh, clean, cut up vegetables around so while I'm making dinner, that's what they snack on. Kids invariably they're hungry before - 15 minutes before the meal is ready they just have to eat something right now. So that's when the cucumbers and the carrot sticks, having all of that ready, that really helps. And now that's sort of become, they're used to that. They come down to the kitchen, there it is and they start in on the carrot sticks and that's normal. I think starting early, if possible, is so important. And if they're just used to that from babyhood all the way up. It doesn't become some new-fangled thing that you're introducing into their diets. "Today we're going to start having salads." It's just part of their normal way of eating. That really is ideal if at all possible.
