Some people get concerned about Well Springs emphasis on self-monitoring, tracking calories or fat grams. Of course, we are not alone. The scientific community thinks this is the single most thing to do for weight controllers. It does place a lot of emphasis on food, but the idea is to find food that are lovable, that love you back. To find foods that are good for you, that are constructive rather than destructive. It places some emphasis on food, but it's what's necessary to be successful as a weight controllers.
