I choose tap water, hands down, over bottled water. Tap water is tested. There are services in every city municipality that are looking to see what chemicals and bacteria are in the water supply. No one is checking bottled water for any of that stuff. Also, when you go to the tap, you are filling up in a glass. When you are drinking bottled water you are often throwing away a plastic bottle that is an environmental burden. When it comes to a healthy standpoint, my kids get tap. I drink tap.
