As a working mother, I feel like there is always someone that I'm letting down. If I'm with my kids, I feel like I should be at work and if I'm at work, I feel like I should be with my kids. I try do deal with this by focusing on work at work, and focusing purely on my kids, when I am with my kids. It's very important to set boundaries at work if you can. If you have an agreement with your boss where you can leave at 6:00 to have dinner with your family each night, you really need to stick to that if you can get out of the office. You should also realize that you are providing for your family and that is really something to be proud of and that you don't need to prove to anybody that your a super woman because your kids already know that.
